DELIVERY & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN LITHUANIA:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

After your order is placed we send you a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped we send you the final confirmation of the purchase with a tracking number. We usually pack an order in 2-3 days; the delivery terms depend on the order amount and destination. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.

Please note that items shipped with courier service require a signature upon delivery and that companies usually operate between 9 am - 6 pm on business days (it may be more convenient to give your work address therefore). 

 

Delivery times are guidelines only and may vary depending possible delays due to payment authorization, rural destinations, during Holidays. 

ORDERS BIGGER THAN 16 UNITS

VAT TAXES

 

VAT Taxes are included in the final product price.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Deliveries to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. The customer is liable for any extra charges. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms when buying.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

 

Returns cannot be made for any reason beyond receiving the wrong product. 

 

If you have received the wrong product, contact us at beeloop@beeloop.lt within 7 days of receiving an item to be eligible for a refund. Wrong items can be returned within 20 days in fully resalable condition and the original packaging. Bee Loop reserves the right to refuse a refund if items were returned in damaged condition.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit equal to the price of a returned item will be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY 

If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving an item to be eligible for a refund. You also must take a clear photo of a damaged product with visible packaging (including the original shipping box, tapes and all the labels) and send it to us to beeloop@beeloop.lt.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit equal to the price of an item will be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.
