Bee Loop Honey Pot is a zero-waste honey packaging made from pure beeswax and filled with 100% pure, all-natural Lithuanian honey. All sourced from local small-scale beekeepers.
 
It is an unique gift with a strong message about a closed-loop human–nature relationship. 
 
Beeswax is made from the natural secretions of bees formed originally by collecting nectar from flowers - it is organic, zero-waste, biodegradable, recyclable, renewable, antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and even edible material. 
 
Our beeswax honey pots are 99% edible because they are made only of two components: organic beeswax and linen string. Why not 100%? We do not recommend eating the linen string that is being used, as our honey pot opener. It was also added to the design in order to make the opening of the pot more sustainable, as it cuts a layer of beeswax, which seals the pot and the lid together. 
 
The pot itself doesn't have any labels and is only marked with Bee Loop logo that will guarantee the authenticity of the pot and quality of beeswax which is sourced from small-scale local beekeepers.
 
What to do with the pot after consuming the honey?
 
The pots can be reused for storing sugar, nuts and other goods, as a glass for cold beverages. Alternatively, beeswax honey pots can be returned to Bee Loop or local beekeeper anywhere in the world. Learn more here. 
 
How to open?
 
Carefully pull the linen string to the side and it will cut the sealed part. 
 
Sold in a carboard gift box that looks like a small beehive and is convenient for gifting and transporting the honey pot. Made from recycled and recyclable cardboard.
