ORDER AND DELIVERY

The ordered products do not meet my expectations. Can I return them? Returns cannot be made for any reason beyond receiving the wrong product. If you have received the wrong product, contact us at beeloop@beeloop.lt within 7 days of receiving an item to be eligible for a refund. Wrong items can be returned within 20 days in fully resalable condition and the original packaging. Bee Loop reserves the right to refuse a refund if items were returned in damaged condition. After informing us please send your returns to the following address: Bee Loop, UAB Krivių 12 01209 Vilnius Lithuania Once your return is received, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit equal to the price of a returned item will be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.

My Bee Loop Honey Pot arrived leaking honey - why is that? Bee Loop Honey Pot is a handmade object and the closing technology is done by hand. In one of 100 cases the leaking can happen - if that is the case, please email us at beeloop@beeloop.lt and we will send you a new item.

BEE LOOP HONEY POT

Is Bee Loop Honey Pot fragile? The pot is firm enough to hold its shape and store honey - nevertheless, as with everything, it will break if more pressure is applied, especially in freezing temperatures. Please handle with care just like glass containers and transport it safely packed.

The pot has a thin line on the side - is it broken? If the pot arrived safetly and is not leaking honey, it's not broken. Each container is handcrafted and can have natural imperfections. The thin line on the side of the pot is marks from the production moulds that do not affect the quality of the pot.

The pot has white powder-like texture on it. What is it? The white powder on the beeswax container is a natural oil that keeps the wax from getting bad or rot. It is called bloom - a natural process of the oils rising to the surface.

Are Bee Loop Honey Pots dishwasher-safe? No. Beeswax melting temperature is around 65°C so do not put it in a dishwasher. The pot can be washed by hands with a warm water.

How should I store Bee Loop Honey Pot? It should be stored in a room temperature and away from a direct sunlight. At the higher temperatures, the wax can feel sticky and softer but it will not affect the quality of wax or honey.
